Another week of rescheduling for our clients...To you our clients, it might seem simple to just rebook or cancel plans due to our world's health situation. It is more complex than that. Some airlines are offering generous vouchers for future travel. Some are offering refunds if certain criteria is meet. Cruise lines have offered extended and various rebooking options and many have offered full refunds. In house within the agency and financial tracking to protect clients money AND future bookings is time consuming. Our agency is working diligently to process all client reservations and keep future planning intact with possible travel options wide open. Please understand that once a booking as been REBOOKED... the original itinerary is gone and incentives may or may not remain attached to the itinerary so OUR GOAL is to protect each and every clients itinerary/monies to best serve you in future travels.

Erin AvilaThe month of May is upon us and countless spring break trips, college campus trips, graduation trips and destination weddings have all been either cancelled or rescheduled for later in the 2020 traveling year. We are sill awaiting the final outcome of our 'shelter in place' orders that have have been worldwide. As soon as we get word on safe travel..... we will shout it LOUD from the rooftops.
